I Love Lucy was the best and most watched TV show on the air. It is still in reruns today. Grew up watching it. It was clean and wholesome TV unlike today’s media fare. Sad.

FIRST DAY OF BASIC TRAINING
Tell us about your first day at something — school, work, as a parent, etc.
First day of basic training at Lackland AFB, TX, was unreal. Got double pneumonia, conjunctivitis, and spent 2 months in hospital coughing up phlegm. Went on to TV equipment school and came to my only assignment for my career.

Yes. Many times as a priest and a bishop to this day.

Strengthening and stamina of my legs.

Their ability to walk without canes, walkers, or wheelchairs. 🦽

Standing on top of a mesa outside of Kirkland AFB, NM, back in 1988. You could see for miles. I loved it.

I am a dedicated night person. Midnight is the earliest I go to sleep 💤

Required for health, but in moderation.

My wife and I go to my daughter’s house and eat what she has prepared for us to eat.
